Official terms and conditions
- Applies to customised curtain, blind and track ranges only. Excludes non-customised readymades and Honeycomb blinds.
- Measurement protection must be selected and paid for at the time of your initial order.
- The updated measurements must be within 100mm (10cm) of the original.
- If any measurement exceeds the original, you will be charged the difference in the price of the two items.
- If the new measurements are less than the original measurements the difference in price will not be refunded.
- The product will only be replaced with the same type, fabric and colour.
- Measurement protection can only be applied to changing the size of the curtain or blind if mis-measured; no other changes are allowed.
- Fabrics can shrink and expand due to atmospheric conditions. Industry standard provides for + or – 3% movement in the drop of a curtain before considering any remedial action except for fabrics made from the following material where there is an allowance of + or - 6% movement. Linen, Cotton, Viscose. Desired finished length may not be achieved for these reasons.
- If the window furnishings can be remedied within a reasonable time, our first option will be to repair the furnishings before replacing the furnishings with furnishings of identical type.
- If we cannot repair or replace the furnishings within a reasonable time, we will provide you with a refund of the purchase price.
- Should you wish to activate the measurement protection, you must notify us of the correct measurements within 10 working days of delivery of the order.
- Should the returned item be damaged in any way, we reserve the right to cancel your measurement protection and stop production of your replacement items. Should you have paid for the measurement protection, no money will be refunded.
- We are only able to offer one remake per item with measurement protection.
- Measurement protection only applies to customers living in New Zealand.
- The customer must cover the cost of bringing the products back to the factory before approving the insurance coverage.
