"The blinds were super easy to hang by myself and look great"
I have received my blinds. Just wanted to say a huge thank you for putting up with my indecision. The blinds were super easy to hang by myself and look great. Thanks for the excellent service
"Turn-around time is impressive"
We have now completed our house window coverings and are writing to let you know how thrilled we are with the blinds and the wonderful service you have provided. The choice of colours is great - everything goes well with the interior and exterior colours of our house, installation is relatively simple (especially with the smaller blinds) and the turn-around time is impressive. Good service from go to whoa is now the exception and we have already recommended you to 4 other people.

Frequently asked questions
What rooms are vertical blinds best in?
We think they would probably work in any room, but what vertical blinds are particularly good for is large or long windows or across sliding or bi-fold doors as they go in the same direction.
How do I clean vertical blinds?
We recommend you dust or wipe them as part of your regular cleaning to stop any build up. Open the slats and tilt them to make sure you get the whole surface. A soft microfibre cloth, warm water and mild detergent should do the trick.
Do you have a measuring and installation service?
We think you’re clever enough to manage that. We have step by step guides to help too. Besides, our DIY measure and installation model is part of what makes our products so affordable.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on regular sized orders. However, this excludes rural delivery and oversized orders. You can find out more about shipping costs for these here.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to ship your order to you within 10 working days (although in the busier times it can be slightly longer). It takes 10 working days for manufacturing and 2-5 additional working days for freight. We’ll stay in touch via email to keep you updated about the status of your order.
Is it best to fit blinds inside or outside the window frame?
If there’s enough depth within the window recess to fit the blind (see our measuring guide) then an inside fit is a clean and tidy solution; just be aware on very small windows this means the blind will obstruct some of the view. An outside fit (when combined with back rolling operation) is better for not letting in light or cold air as it creates a better seal over the entire window and frame.
