When will my order arrive?
Unless you have opted for express manufacturing, it currently takes around 10 working days to make an order; honeycomb blinds take 15 to 20 working days. Once made, delivery takes about 5 working days to most addresses and up to 7 if you live rurally.
Collecting your order? Pickup orders are ready within 3 to 4 working days with express manufacturing, 2 to 4 working days for readymade curtains, 5 to 10 working days for custom products and 15 to 20 working days for honeycomb blinds. Free samples can't be picked up, so orders that include samples are delivered.
