  2. Remote

  3. Motor and battery

  4. Set up instructions

Please note: You will need a pen, paperclip or something similar to complete set up.

  5. Charge your blinds

Connect the supplied battery charging cable to the charging cord on the blind headrail and plug into an outlet. A full charge will take about 3 hours.

  6. Pair the remote with the blind

Select the desired channel on the remote. Note: Channel 0 automatically controls all blinds on the remote.

Using a pen or similar, gently press and hold the P1 button on the bottom of the blind motor until the blind ‘jogs’ (a short movement in one direction).

Within 5 seconds, press and hold the ‘stop’ button on the remote. The blind will jog twice to confirm. The remote and blind are now paired.

If the blind doesn’t jog twice at this point, repeat step 2 from the beginning.

  7. Check the blind direction

Using the ‘up’ and ‘down’ buttons on the remote, make sure the blind is running in the correct direction. If the blind is running in the opposite direction to the remote commands, the blind motor will need to be reversed.

Reverse the direction of the blind motor

Press and hold ‘up’ on the remote for 1 second then press and hold ‘up’ and ‘down’ together for 2 seconds. If successful, the blind will jog once. Make sure you test the direction of the blind again before moving on to step 4.

  8. Set the upper limit of the blind

Use the ‘up’ and ‘down’ buttons on the remote to run the blind to the desired upper limit position.

Press and hold the ‘up’ and ‘stop’ buttons together until the blind jogs twice. The upper limit is now set.

  9. Set the lower limit of the blind

Use the ‘up’ and ‘down’ buttons on the remote to run the blind to the desired lower limit position.

Press and hold the ‘down’ and ‘stop’ buttons together until the blind jogs twice. The lower limit is now set.

Note: Limits can only be set when the blind is in ‘setting mode’. Once both limits are set, the blind will automatically enter ‘operation mode’. See the ‘Making adjustments’ section below for more information.

  10. Adjusting the speed (optional)

This blind has 3 speed options: 34rpm, 40rpm, and 50rpm. The factory default is 40rpm, however you can increase or decrease the speed as desired.

    To increase the speed:

Press and hold ‘P2’ (on the back of the remote) for 1 second. The blind will jog once.

Press ‘up’ for 1 second. The blind will jog once. Press ‘up’ again for 1 second. The blind will jog twice. If the blind doesn’t jog twice, it is already on the fastest setting.

    To decrease the speed:

Press and hold ‘P2’ (on the back of the remote) for 1 second. The blind will jog once.

Press ‘down’ for 1 second. The blind will jog once. Press ‘down’ again for 1 second. The blind will jog twice. If the blind doesn’t jog twice, it is already on the slowest setting.

  11. Nice work, you’re all set up and ready to use your motorised blinds!

  12. Charging and battery care

  13. Charging your blinds

Connect the supplied battery charging cable to the charging cord on the blind headrail and plug into an outlet. A full charge will take about 3 hours.

  14. Charging your remote

To charge your remote, plug the supplied cable into the USB C port on the side of the remote and run the cable to a grounded electrical outlet. If there is no USB C port on the side of the remote, you may have a battery operated remote. Look for a release on the back of the remote to change the battery.

Always be sure to insert batteries the correct way and only replace batteries like for like.

  15. When to charge

To extend the life of your blind’s lithium battery and motor, never let the battery go completely dead. We recommend charging your blinds and remote every 6 months.

Your blinds may require more frequent charging, depending on how often they are used. When the battery is getting low, you’ll notice:

    • The red light behind the programming button flashing
    • The blind stuttering when it starts to move up or down

If you notice either of these issues, charge your blinds immediately to avoid damaging the battery.

    Tip

Use the start and end of daylight savings as a reminder to charge your blinds.

  16. Charging time

Charging the motor can take up to 7 hours. You’ll know it’s fully charged when the light on the programming button turns from red to green.

  17. Making adjustments

  18. Set a favourite position

Use the remote to move the blind to the desired favourite position. Press and hold ‘P2’ for 1 second. The blind will jog once. Then press and hold ‘stop’ for 1 second. The blind will jog again. Press and hold ‘stop’ for 1 second again. The motor will jog twice and the position will be saved as a favourite.

To run your blind to the favourite position, press and hold ‘stop’ for 2 seconds.

  19. Remove a favourite position

Use the remote to move the blind to the desired favourite position. Press and hold ‘P2’ for 1 second. The blind will jog once. Then press and hold ‘stop’ for 1 second. The blind will jog again. Press and hold ‘stop’ for 1 second again. The motor will jog twice and the position will be removed.

  20. Switching between setting mode and operation mode

Press and hold the ‘up’ and ‘down’ buttons on the remote together for 5 seconds. The blind will jog once.

Within 5 seconds, press and hold ‘stop’ on the remote.

If the blind jogs once, it has now been put in ‘setting mode’.

If the blind jogs twice, it has now been put in ‘operation mode’.

Note: When the blind is in ‘setting mode’, it will jog briefly when moving up or down. When it is in ‘operation mode’ it will run continuously.

  21. Changing the upper limit position

Press and hold ‘up’ and ‘stop’ together for 5 seconds. The blind will jog once. The blind is now in ‘setting mode’.

Move the blind to the new upper limit. Press and hold ‘up’ and ‘stop’ together for 2 seconds. The blind will jog twice to confirm.

  22. Changing the lower limit position

Press and hold ‘down’ and ‘stop’ together for 5 seconds. The blind will jog once. The blind is now in ‘setting mode’.

Move the blind to the new lower limit. Press and hold ‘down’ and ‘stop’ together for 2 seconds. The blind will jog twice to confirm.

  23. Removing the upper or lower limit position

Move the blind to the existing limit you wish to remove. Press and hold ‘P2’ on the remote for 7 seconds. While holding ‘P2’ the blind will jog once, then jog again after the 7 seconds. The limit will be removed.

  24. Factory reset

Using a pen, paperclip, or similar, gently press and hold the programming button on the underside of the blind motor until the blind jogs 4 times (this will take about 15 seconds).

The blind will now be unpaired from the remote and all saved settings will be removed.

Important: This will delete all previously set limits and unpair the remote from the blind. You will need to follow the set up instructions again to pair the remote and set the limits again.
